Profile:
In the mid-to-late 1990's, Ogawa became the dominant ace of All Japan's junior heavyweight division, but also won both the AJPW World Tag Team Title and All Asia Tag Team Title with his mentor, Mitsuharu Misawa. When Misawa split from All Japan in mid-2000, Ogawa, along with all but two of All Japan's native wrestlers, followed Misawa's cause. In NOAH, Ogawa scored what was and probably forever will be the biggest win over his career, upsetting Jun Akiyama in short time on 4/7/02 to win the GHC Heavyweight Title. Now a peer in NOAH, Ogawa combines trickery and technique to hold a very good win-loss record.
