    Profile:

If you had just watched All Japan in the 1990's, you wouldn't know that Masao "Rusher" Kimura was once a national pro wrestling superstar. He debuted in 1965, and wandered through all the major promotions at some point; JWA (1964 to 1966), Tokyo Pro (1966 to 1967), IWE (1967 to 1981), New Japan (1981 to 1984), UWF (1984), All Japan (1984 to 2000), and NOAH (2000 to present). Rusher found much success in his career and became known as the King of the Cage, one of the first wrestlers in history to wrestle Cage Death Matches, winning numerous classic wars against Gypsy Joe. After years of rough competition, he settled down and joined other senior wrestlers in lighthearted matches on All Japan shows, before following all but two of All Japan's natives to form NOAH, and doing the same. He turned 60 on 6/30/01, yet continues to wrestle, making him one of the oldest active wrestlers in the world.
