Profile:
Momota is the son of the father of puroresu, Rikidozan. After returning to Japan from a learning excursion in Mexico in the mid-1970's, it is said that he was the first Japanese man to perform a tope suicida (suicide dive). He gained the nickname "Man of 6:30", referring to the amount of shows he opened (6:30pm is the common starting time in Japan). After years of wrestling as a junior heavyweight, he settled down and joined other senior wrestlers in lighthearted matches on All Japan shows, before following all but two of All Japan's native wrestlers to form NOAH, where he continues to compete in such matches, and is director vice president of the company.
