NAVIGATION TO THE BRIGHT DESTINATION 2001" tour, NOAH ran a tournament to determine it's first ever GHC (Global Honored Crown) Jr. Heavyweight Champion. With top junior heavyweights from home and away, the tournament would come down to a young native hopeful against an international superstar.

Round 2: Yoshinobu Kanemaru beat Pathfinder (12:15) with a moonsault press.
Round 2: Naomichi Marufuji beat Makoto Hashi (15:02) with a Dragon sleeper-style choke.
